Commercial painting projects require a couple of things that not just any paint company is going to be able to provide. The first aspect is very simple, commercial paint projects tend to be way more extensive than residential projects. Therefore, you are going to need a bigger team of guys to be able to paint. We employ an extensive team of full time painting professionals. This means that we are not going to have to go out and hire folks that may not have the right experience for the job in order to be able to fulfill a particular project. That is just one of the reasons why we are a safe bet for these particular projects.
 
Understanding The Uniqueness of Each Surface 
One of the common mistakes that we see being made in larger-scale projects is that people just want to paint each area in the exact same manner. They are going to be doing this just so save time. There is really nothing more to read into this. If you paint every single area with the same type of paint and in the same manner it’s not logical to expect the exact same results. You are probably going to end up with a very uneven finish!
 
What Constitutes A Commercial Service?
Some folks worry that having their particular need labeled as a commercial is going to result in them having to pay more money. That is not necessarily the case for us.  Commercial service often requires a different skill set than what's needed for house painting. Just because its commercial painting does not necessarily mean that you are going to pay a higher price. It’s more of a way for us to be able to foresee if we are going to have to worry about certain external factors.
 
Extremely Large Scale Projects
Often we get asked about how large of a project we believe we will be able to undertake. We just recently bragged about the fact that we have a full-time team that is large enough to handle most commercial projects. We don’t want to back down from that. If you have a project in mind that is out of this world though we can certainly discuss it. To see what can be done in order to be able to get the job done. We are confident though that we are able to handle most large scale projects that come our way.
 
Rationing The Amount of Paint That Needs To Be Used
We’ve spoken about this in other parts of the site. A lot of people want to push back on the amount of paint that we contemplate as part of the project in their budgets. We know how much paint projects take because more often than not it’s not going to be our first rodeo. This is an issue that we are open to discussing without any trouble though if you feel that the amount of paint is a little on the upside.
