Cabinet Painting

Cabinets tend to be a main fixture of most kitchens and some bathrooms. Over time they are going to start showing signs of age. There is really no way around that. There are ways to make sure that we are able to mask those signs of age and effectively rejuvenate them. While at the same time keep them fully functional. One of the common mistakes is just pouring paint all over them and then having that dry paint actually become an obstacle that does not allow cabinet doors and drawers to open properly. That is certainly something that we are not going to allow to happen in your cabinets.
 
Can All Cabinets Benefit From Repainting?   
The most honest answer that we can give you is, a flat out no! We are going to be able to take a look at your cabinets and give you an honest opinion on whether or not we believe that painting them is going to actually provide a tangible benefit. We are a company that is very result-driven. Therefore, it is not going to be in our best interest to provide a service that we know we can’t deliver with the level of quality that we like to provide. When that is the case we are going to be fully upfront about it!   
 
Repaint or Restain
With wooden cabinets what is the best thing that you are going to be able to do, repaint or restain? This is a decent dilemma and we actually have long conversations with clients over what we believe the best course of action is. We are usually going to want to add a coating to try and restore the surface. From there we are going to be able to start thinking about using different colors. Again it’s important to evaluate the current state of the wood or whatever your cabinets happen to be made out of.  
 
Cabinet Restoration
Many times just painting a cabinet is not going to be enough to be able to consider it “restored”. To be honest there are not a lot of benefits to having cabinets that look good from the outside but have no real practical use since you can’t open their doors correctly. We can provide some basic carpentry work on most wooden cabinets and slight adjustments to other types of cabinets besides the paint job. To make sure that the cabinets are working in a decent manner at the very least.
 
Cabinet Painting On-Site
Most of the painting services that we provide are on-site. Of course, there is no other way to paint houses! That being said there are some companies that like to take cabinets for example back to base to be able to get them restored. That is not usually how we go about things. We may come across some unique situations. For the most part, though all of the painting and restoration procedures that we do on cabinets are actually done on-site. No real problems there
