Our house painting services are certainly one of the most solicited services that we have. This means that we’ve worked on all sorts of homes over the years. Obviously, this has allowed us to really perfect all of the methods that we apply to paint different types of structures. We want to take this opportunity to be able to talk precisely about those methods that we apply to paint homes. As well as answer some of the common questions that we get asked about from people such as yourself that are looking for us to provide these services to them.
Painting Very Unique Homes
Not all homes are going to have the typical cone type shape. We’ve painted homes that featured particular areas that were a bit hard to reach. We are confident though that we are going to be able to come up with ways to be able to paint all of those hard to reach places. We are not always going to be using paint sprayers to get there. We are of the mindset that sometimes paint sprayers can’t provide a lasting paint job. As we mentioned we are confident in our abilities to get to those hard to reach places to be able to paint them!
How Often Should I Look Into Painting My House?
It’s hard to really pinpoint the exact time that a paint job is meant to last. Mainly because we have no idea what type of paint was used the last time that you had your house painted. Around 3 or 4 years though is a good time frame if you are looking to keep the paint job fresh at all times. We’ve seen paint jobs that have lasted much more than that, and others that have had trouble way earlier. Therefore, it’s hard to put a time frame on the durability of your current paint job.
Certainly one of the things that we get the most questions about is our ability to be able to provide a wide array of color options. There are essentially two ways that we can go about this, either you come up to us with a color already in mind or we help you find it. If we help you find there is a better chance that we can also find a good deal on the particular paint of that same color. Potentially lowering the cost of the actual service.
Can I Repaint A House That Has Recently Been Painted?
Believe it or not this is something that we come across quite often. The former owner of the house had it painted to be able to make it more appealing for potential buyers. When the new owner comes in they decide that they don’t like that color. Repainting a house even though it has a relatively recent paint job under its belt is not a problem if it’s done correctly. What we want to avoid is getting the layers to actually show. If you are using quality paint though that is not a problem!
